Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience while performing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital/self-service banking solutions such as ATMs and Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
