Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and analyze customer data, on-site behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and shape a testing roadmap.
  • •Plan and execute experiments across websites, media campaigns, and customer communications from setup to launch.
  • •Measure test outcomes and translate them into clear reports and actionable insights, including why results occurred and what they mean for the business.
  • •Create and share playbooks and documentation from winning tests, present them to markets through community calls, and train local teams.
  • •Contribute to the build and deployment of customer-facing AI features by bringing test results and customer insights to the AI roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital analytics, ideally in retail or a consumer business.
  • •Hands-on ability to analyze data, set up tests, and verify results.
  • •Strong data confidence to find the story behind insights.
  • •Clear communicator comfortable presenting and sharing insights with international teams.
  • •Fluency in English and curiosity/motivation to work on AI in practice.
