Serve as the face of Prometric at the test center in Tucson by greeting examinees, verifying identification, and performing security checks. Proctor candidates while they complete exams, monitor the testing environment, and promptly report or resolve any issues to maintain exam integrity. Maintain secure handling of test center materials, provide a fair testing experience, and follow test center policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures.
•Greet examinees, verify identification, and perform required security checks (including wands).
•Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams and safeguard the test center from misconduct.
•Report and/or resolve candidate issues with urgency and report occurrences outside company guidelines.
•If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification and maintain secure handling of test center materials.

Key Requirements
