Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive leadership for the delivery of major infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • •Act as the primary interface with clients, government authorities, and executive stakeholders.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure alignment with programme objectives.
  • •Establish project governance structures and ensure effective decision-making processes.
  • •Oversee delivery performance across schedule, cost, quality, risk, safety, and stakeholder management, including plans/budgets/procurement and contractual/commercial matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related infrastructure engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 18+ years of experience delivering infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • •Proven experience in a PMCM/PMC or client-side project management environment.
  • •Strong background delivering large-scale infrastructure in the Middle East (preferably Saudi Arabia), including roads/utilities/public realm/transport/rail/airports or mixed developments.
  • •Transferable Iqama (T/F Iqama) and valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration are mandatory.
