Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate shop-floor operational needs into end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes.
  • •Ensure SAP architecture compliance using a Fit-to-Standard approach within Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs).
  • •Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visual presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • •Redesign E2E operational flows to support aircraft production ramp-up targets.
  • •Collaborate with IM and site operations to bridge gaps between system standards and business value.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
  • •At least 15 years of experience in complex, highly-regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense).
  • •At least 10 years of ERP deployment experience, including 5+ years on SAP S/4HANA with advanced SAP module expertise.
  • •Proven experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and Change Management initiatives.
  • •Advanced level in English and French; willingness to travel (~20%).
