Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Combination of degree or minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC/BAS controls and project management.
  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree (a plus).
  • •Experience leading teams with different technical skill levels and efficient resource/manpower planning.
  • •Familiarity executing as a third-tier contractor and experience working with building owners (plus).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including specified serious offenses.
