Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment and leaving spaces clean and ready.
  • •Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Stay current on local building codes and ensure each job is compliant before wrapping.
  • •Deliver a standout customer experience by answering questions clearly, addressing concerns on the spot, and leaving homeowners feeling great about their decision.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on residential HVAC installation experience, including work in attics and crawlspaces and tight, physically demanding environments.
  • •Active Maryland HVACR Journeyman License issued by the Maryland Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Contractors (required).
  • •EPA Section 608 Certification (required or actively in progress).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
  • •Working knowledge of local building codes and how to stay compliant.
