Lead in-store sales performance by coaching a small team of sales representatives, translating goals into weekly and individual targets, and driving acquisition and retention initiatives. Manage revenue progress, facilitate weekly sales meetings, and act as an escalation point for complex customer issues. Support troubleshooting for customer technical problems and sales tools, maintain product and agent sales tool expertise, and help with hiring, onboarding, schedules, audits, cash reconciliation, inventory, and cost optimization.
