Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide compliance and privacy advisory by identifying applicable laws, rules, and regulations (LRRs) and relevant requirements tied to business processes, programs, and controls.
  • •Partner across Governance & Control and with business partners to design and enhance controls and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Assess applicability of LRRs, support LRR mapping within the RCSA program, and advise on compliance impacts to processes, controls, issues, and remediation.
  • •Interpret Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) results and advise partners on prioritizing actions to address compliance risks and gaps.
  • •Advise on compliance considerations throughout the issue, event, and remediation lifecycle, including responses to 2LOD Compliance effective challenge; facilitate review of customer-facing materials as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in compliance, legal, privacy, or regulatory advisory within the financial services industry.
  • •Experience in governance, risk management, or operational risk management within the financial services industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements and advising business stakeholders on compliance risks, controls, and obligations.
  • •Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • •Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree like a J.D. preferred).
