Lifting Supervisor

Oversee and manage all on-site lifting operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution in line with ADNOC standards and project requirements. Lead and supervise riggers and crane operators, maintain lifting equipment, and develop approved lift plans covering load weights, rigging configurations, and equipment needs. Coordinate with site teams, report on lifting status and risks, and investigate incidents to drive corrective actions and documentation compliance.
