Design and lead AWS-based master data and analytics solutions for key clients, managing relationships with AWS and the AWS Center of Excellence. Own data platform and data lake architecture, including ingestion pipelines, performance engineering, and application of the Well-Architected framework. Run client workshops, deliver proofs of concept, and mentor engineers while supporting recruitment, value propositions, and skill development within the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage key client relationships and coordinate with AWS for delivery.
•Manage and operate the AWS Center of Excellence and lead data/analytics projects.
•Design AWS data platforms and operations architecture for large-scale production data lakes.
•Create and maintain data pipeline architecture, including ingestion solutions using AWS native services and data management technologies.
•Lead client design workshops, deliver tradeoffs and recommendations, and mentor other engineers in best practices and problem solving.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in data analytics, preferably from consulting companies.
•Minimum 5 years managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior level.
•Working experience in AWS cloud native environment.
•Knowledge of big data architectures across cloud and on-premise setups.
•Hands-on AWS infrastructure and networking experience, including AWS Collection Services and Storage/Compute services.
