Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the preparation of the authority’s strategic plan contributions and ensure alignment with Dubai’s strategy and government directions.
  • •Oversee implementation of operational plans and KPIs across the authority, and provide periodic reporting and recommendations.
  • •Supervise alignment of tasks, procedures, and work templates with global quality specifications and metrics.
  • •Lead performance and gap analysis, including variance analysis versus targets, and propose corrective actions and development plans for continuous improvement.
  • •Develop studies and recommendations using best practices and benchmarking, and coordinate with internal units and strategic partners to implement initiatives and enhance a culture of quality and excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 40,001 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Planning & Quality (or equivalent), or Master’s in Planning & Quality (or equivalent), or PhD in Planning & Quality (or equivalent).
  • •Professional experience: 8+ years (Bachelor’s), 5+ years (Master’s), or 3+ years (PhD).
  • •Ability to supervise alignment of tasks, procedures, and work models with global quality specifications and metrics.
  • •Experience with strategic and operational planning, performance reporting, and KPI follow-up across organizational units.
  • •Capability to conduct internal/external environment analysis and use results to ensure alignment of performance with strategic direction.
