Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the inspection center safely to meet production and quality goals.
  • •Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identifying strengths/weaknesses and areas to improve.
  • •Provide coaching, development, and performance management; communicate expectations, measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and train associates on quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time.
