Job Summary

Manage the firm’s conflict management workflow by processing daily conflict checks, monitoring the conflict queue, and ensuring timely, accurate results with strong data integrity. Conduct conflict of interest and business relationship analyses using a conflicts analytics tool and firm policies, performing research (including external sources like Pacer) and coordinating with senior staff as needed. Provide high-quality customer service with after-hours/urgent coverage and support onboarding and team training.

•Assist with day-to-day conflict check operations, including processing daily checks and managing the conflict queue.
•Ensure timely, accurate processing and compliance with established procedures while maintaining data integrity.

•Maintain quality control by ensuring data accuracy, complete intake documentation, and closing outdated leads.
•Assume increasing responsibility over time for training new team members and support other conflict management initiatives.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•2+ years of experience in conflicts analysis, client intake, AML, in the legal field, or related experience.
•Ability to identify and analyze complex issues using critical thinking.
•Strong research skills and excellent written and verbal communications.
•In-depth understanding of conflict of interests and new client intake principles.
