Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • •Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
  • •Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and shipment receiving.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

  • •Strong English proficiency.
  • •Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
