Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver specialized NPI technical training in-house and at customer locations, managing classroom and lab activities to meet objectives and safety procedures.
  • •Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of new and improved products to prepare and present defined courses, and complete certifications on multiple platforms and processes.
  • •Develop and update training curriculum, student guides, and supporting materials using instructional system design practices, including course design approval oversight.
  • •Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for system repairs and functionality, ensuring safety retrofits are installed on training systems.
  • •Travel as required (up to 35%) and support product development process deliverables at Phase Gate 3 or earlier; coach other instructors and address customer satisfaction issues.

Salary: USD 84,000 - 115,500

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in engineering, education, or training (or equivalent military experience) plus 4 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience in installation, programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • •If no bachelor’s degree, 6 years of professional semiconductor equipment experience in installation, programming, safety, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • •At least 2 years of formal or informal experience in education, performance-based training, or training/presentation delivery to external customers (desirable).
  • •Preferred: nationally recognized instructional design certification or 2 years of experience in curriculum development and/or instructional design (FKA certification is a plus).
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to work and learn independently as needed.
