Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and lead cross-functional teams on Lean and Six Sigma project execution to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate across the business to identify improvement opportunities and align projects with business goals.
  • •Train and coach Six Sigma Green Belts, Lean Leaders, and Sponsors as part of an OpEx deployment strategy.
  • •Track Lean and Six Sigma projects using regular leadership reviews to monitor progress and results.
  • •Execute cross-functional Lean and/or DMAIC projects to improve process flow, quality, and/or cost savings, including data-driven statistical analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical discipline, ideally Industrial Engineering.
  • •3+ years of proven experience with significant contributions to continuous improvement activities.
  • •5+ years of professional experience leading and coaching improvement teams.
  • •Experience delivering improvement projects using statistical analysis tools and Lean/Six Sigma methods, with manufacturing environment experience preferred.
