Represent the brand in-store by driving sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Handle cosmetics product knowledge, make-up selling, and personalized recommendations to match customer needs. Maintain store visual standards, housekeeping, and stock presentation while minimizing stock loss. Support security awareness, manage the POS/billing counter including payments and accurate receipt/refunds handling, and promote the Club Apparel loyalty program.
