Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain GitLab, GitLab CI/CD runners, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, and related developer tooling infrastructure.
  • •Drive platform reliability and operational readiness, including availability, performance, capacity, backup/recovery, monitoring, and incident response.
  • •Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Ansible, and automation for provisioning, configuration, scaling, health checks, reporting, and routine operational tasks.
  • •Plan and execute approved changes such as upgrades, security patches, database maintenance, runner lifecycle activities, and infrastructure updates.
  • •Improve reliability practices by refining metrics, runbooks/SOPs, documentation, and post-incident reviews with corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
