HR Director, Frontend Technology

Serve as a strategic business partner for Intel’s Frontend Technology organizations and Intel Foundry, supporting executives and senior leaders across multiple technology programs. Lead HR strategy, workforce and talent decisions, succession and performance management, and employee relations for organizations totaling about 4,000 employees. Manage a team of HR business professionals and a global HR account team, using data and analytics to align programs, monitor headcount/budget plans, and drive operational excellence through HR service partners.
