Conduct detailed cost analysis and reporting, compare actuals vs forecasts to identify variances and contractual compliance, and build “cost intelligence” through cost analytics tools and processes. Provide cost estimating and assurance across the project lifecycle using benchmarking and parametric scaling, while supporting stakeholders through a centralized PMO environment and knowledge transfer.
