Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and organize the executive leader’s schedules, meetings, agendas, and related documents.
  • •Supervise executive secretarial work in the office of the head and distribute tasks to the administrative support team while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • •Manage official correspondence (incoming/outgoing) in approved systems, including prioritization and drafting/reviewing letters, memos, and reports.
  • •Coordinate execution follow-ups for the president’s instructions and decisions with relevant leadership units and prepare progress reports.
  • •Organize official visits and internal/external meetings, manage protocol and reception, and prepare recurring and annual performance-related reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 20,001 - 30,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma holder with at least 11 years’ practical experience in executive secretarial work or administrative affairs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 5 years’ practical experience in executive secretarial work, including direct support to senior management or related administrative roles.
  • •Experience supporting top management through executive secretarial and administrative duties.
  • •Ability to manage official documents and records (paper and electronic) according to approved policies.
  • •Emirati nationality required.
