Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with clients, design teams, consultants and contractors to drive project progress and ensure client objectives are met.
•Coordinate the project team and plan key tasks, while maintaining effective communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
•Assist with procurement activities and manage data to support project delivery and governance.
•Support Senior/Associate Project Managers with day-to-day administration, reporting on progress and costs.
•Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure timely delivery and add value for clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is essential.
•A Master’s degree in project management or construction management and relevant work experience would be an advantage.
•RICS accreditation preferred.
•Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
•Proactive and driven approach to work and creating success; ability to work in a diverse team to meet objectives.
