Job Summary

Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit for MV/LV systems, including containment and equipment layouts. Coordinate clash-free, constructible models across multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, structural, civil) using BIM Execution Plans and project standards. Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities, manage federated models in a Common Data Environment (CDE), and follow ISO 19650 naming and information management principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain detailed electrical models in Revit (MV, LV, containment, equipment layouts).
•Produce coordinated models aligned with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
•Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve clashes and interface issues.
•Ensure models are constructible, coordinated, and aligned with design intent.
•Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from models and maintain model quality, naming conventions, and information structure per ISO 19650.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of consulting engineering experience with electrical BIM modelling using Revit in building services or industrial projects.
•Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for electrical modelling.
•Strong experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
•Strong understanding of BIM Level of Detail (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI).
•Must be able to work independently and take ownership for designs; excellent communication skills (English).
