Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, contribute to, and project manage complex operational and strategic initiatives aligned to HelloFresh objectives.
  • •Originate and develop complex projects to improve teams, products, customers, suppliers, revenue, and costs.
  • •Work with Senior Management, C-Suite, and global stakeholders to spearhead innovation projects for scaling operations and expanding the customer offering.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and operations champions to assess feasibility, and perform operational scoping, implementation monitoring, and roadmap planning.
  • •Continuously improve operational processes and tools, and liaise with global stakeholders on best practices and market performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement (or equivalent).
  • •5+ years of project management experience, preferably in food or management consulting.
  • •Ability to apply project management frameworks and tools independently.
  • •Quantitative and analytical experience, with comfort using Google Slides and Sheets.
  • •Proficiency in AI literacy; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Databricks, or PowerBI is highly regarded.
