Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Feed separator by bending and stooping to remove trays from hatcher dolly.
  • •Sanitize empty hatcher racks.
  • •Grade out eggshells and cull chicks on a moving conveyor at a rapid speed.
  • •Receive clean trays from the tray washer and place them back into empty hatcher racks; help in other hatchery areas when needed.
