Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive an innovative technical vision across intelligent networking, distributed systems, real-time data processing, agentic AI, and machine learning.
  • •Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
  • •Design and build high-performance production-ready services for real-time data and AI platforms, including scalable distributed microservices and agentic solutions.
  • •Lead technical discussions and hands-on reviews (design reviews, code reviews) to guide strategy and implementation.
  • •Mentor and develop engineers, establish technical direction, and uphold standards for secure, resilient, observable, and scalable systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production operations.
  • •7+ years of programming experience in a general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
  • •3+ years leading the design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems, preferably on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Experience designing and building systems for real-time microservices/stream processing/distributed data platforms or AI/agentic systems, including high-volume, high-velocity data processing with scalability, availability, latency, and reliability requirements.
