Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level technical assistance and guidance across due diligence, investigation, remediation, impact assessment, permitting, design, and construction for electrical building systems.
  • •Develop electrical calculations and designs including loads, equipment sizing, short circuit studies, protective device coordination, and single-line diagram development.
  • •Review and advise on third-party design documents, procurement lists, and project plans; coordinate with vendors, engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
  • •Lead junior engineers through research, component recommendations, and supervision with strict QA/QC.
  • •Prepare technical reports, presentations, and data/visualizations to document findings and recommendations, and maintain proactive client and building-official communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant post-education electrical engineering/design experience.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • •Proficiency with electrical engineering codes, principles, and practices for permitting and project-related issues (including building electrical infrastructure design).
  • •Ability to produce technical computations and conduct observations/investigations, with strong interpersonal and technical writing skills.
