Job Summary

Join our logistics team as a Material Handler responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, inventory, mail, and delivery tasks within the plant, warehouses, and offsite locations. You’ll move materials using various equipment, verify quantities, log transactions, and help maintain secure operations in a DoD-cleared environment. This onsite role offers starting pay of $20.12/hour with full benefits and union representation.

Key Responsibilities

•Loads, unloads, and moves materials within the plant, warehouses, and offsite locations using powered equipment, pallet jacks, carts, and cranes.
•Opens containers and prepares materials for processing or shipment using hand tools.
•Sorts and prioritizes mail and materials based on established priorities within each functional area.
•Identifies and reports damage to materials and property in any area.
•Records and updates logs and documentation; inputs transactional data into systems as required.
•Assists as a member or leader of cross-functional teams and attaches labels to containers and shipments.

Key Requirements

•Work experience in the core Logistics functions of Receiving, Storing, Issuing, Inventory, Delivery, Packing, and/or Shipping.
•High School Diploma or GED.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance required.
•Requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) CDL Class “A”– manual driving only - w/Hazardous endorsement in accordance with appropriate regulations.
•Must be able to lift weight in accordance with OSHA and related guidelines.
