Key Responsibilities

  • •Loads, unloads, and moves materials within the plant, warehouses, and offsite locations using powered equipment, pallet jacks, carts, and cranes.
  • •Opens containers and prepares materials for processing or shipment using hand tools.
  • •Sorts and prioritizes mail and materials based on established priorities within each functional area.
  • •Identifies and reports damage to materials and property in any area.
  • •Records and updates logs and documentation; inputs transactional data into systems as required.
  • •Assists as a member or leader of cross-functional teams and attaches labels to containers and shipments.

Key Requirements

  • •Work experience in the core Logistics functions of Receiving, Storing, Issuing, Inventory, Delivery, Packing, and/or Shipping.
  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance required.
  • •Requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) CDL Class “A”– manual driving only - w/Hazardous endorsement in accordance with appropriate regulations.
  • •Must be able to lift weight in accordance with OSHA and related guidelines.
