Job Summary

Create end-to-end creative for Pizza Hut across integrated marketing campaigns, bringing brand strategy to life through compelling visual assets. Develop static, motion, and video content for digital, social, CRM, POS, packaging, and in-restaurant/franchise communications. Partner with brand, digital, media, CRM, operations, and agencies to translate briefs into on-brand concepts, manage projects through production and reviews, and ensure consistent brand governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop high-quality creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, POS, packaging, and in-restaurant communications.
•Translate campaign strategies and briefs into engaging on-brand visual concepts, supporting launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and promotions.
•Create static, motion, and video content for social media and digital channels, including support for photography and video shoots (direction, retouching, editing, delivery).
•Generate fresh creative ideas, stay current on design trends and best practices, and contribute to ideation sessions and workshops.
•Own the end-to-end creative lifecycle for assigned projects, using project-management tools/workflows to plan, track deliverables, align stakeholders, and deliver on schedule.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years’ experience in a creative design role, ideally within retail, hospitality, FMCG, QSR, or consumer brands.
•Strong portfolio across digital and print visual design.
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
•Experience creating content for social media and performance marketing channels.
•Strong project-management ability to manage end-to-end creative projects with excellent attention to detail.
