Senior Director, Business Transformation

Lead enterprise business transformation programs in partnership with Centene leadership, setting strategy, delivery methodology, and measurement of business benefits across an enterprise portfolio. Manage a team of business transformation professionals and oversee training and enforcement of the eBT methodology. Identify and prioritize new initiatives through enterprise assessments, guide solutioning across lines of business, and maximize business valuation with ROI and cost-avoidance outcomes.
