Job Summary

Partner with business and function leadership to develop and implement Human Capital strategies, policies, and procedures. Act as an HC business partner for the assigned non-supervisory population, support workforce planning and budget analysis, and guide area managers on HR policies, performance management, promotion/competency processes, restructures, succession planning, and retention of key talent. Ensure employee relations support and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to improvements in departmental HC policies and support implementation of procedures and controls for internal customers.
•Act as an HC business partner for the assigned area, guiding area managers on HC policies and advising on challenges.
•Support workforce cost and workforce planning activities, including budget analysis, review cycles, and resolution of cost increase challenges.
•Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, counseling, grievances, career development) and support promotion, competency, restructures, and succession planning.
•Coordinate employee relations requests, assist with disciplines and grievances, and support compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
•5-7 years of relevant Human Resources Management experience, including supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
•Knowledge of UAE labour law.
•Knowledge of recruitment processes.
•Budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication.
