•Develop technical analyses in alignment with Group Best Practices, following the whole tariff process
•Data Preparation; Overall Rate Requirement analysis; technical analyses with advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioural models
•What-if analyses to evaluate tariff impact on portfolio performance
•Define technical IT requirements for tariff and database structure; ensure quality and correctness of models and analyses
•Develop reports based on forward-looking KPIs and interface with other corporate functions on business or regulatory issues

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or equivalent field
•3-5 years (or more) experience in Insurance Companies/Consultancy Firms with strong focus on P&C Pricing projects in Non motor
•Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI would be a plus
•Knowledge of GLMs; minimum usage of Machine learning technics would be a plus
•Expertise in coding with Python or R; SQL or SAS
