Own the enrollment engine that turns identified families into enrolled families for Medicare-covered dementia support. Line-manage a remote team of enrollment specialists, driving hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance. Improve enrollment KPIs (scheduled calls, show rate, conversion) while protecting compliance and quality, including HIPAA-compliant outbound calling. Partner with product, engineering, data, and AI systems in the CRM (Carespaces) and calling stack to scale end to end.
