Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly reporting to the Store Manager or Floor Manager; responsibilities centered on sales, customer service, brand/products, operations and store processes.
  • •Aim to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI targets for your area of responsibility.
  • •Coordinate team members to ensure a unique shopping experience while managing day-to-day store activities.
  • •Support training, development and coaching of store employees.
  • •Contribute to profitability by delivering efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • • Bac+3 / RNCP level 6 or equivalent is expected (per profiling in the posting)
  • •First experience in sports or fashion retail or customer-focused business environment
  • •Strong commercial sense with ability to understand product and stock management
  • •Good command of English (B2 level ideal) for simple correspondence
  • •Proactive, energetic and strong teamwork orientation
