Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of an assigned Structured Finance portfolio to meet risk, profitability, and regulatory standards.
  • •Review and process loan advances for multiple facility types while coordinating disbursements with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • •Conduct ongoing credit assessments and monitor covenant compliance and performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and internal partners to support deal flow and customer experience.
  • •Oversee problem loans and workout credits by coordinating action plans with credit and risk teams and preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inquiries.
