Ship Maintenance Lead - Victoria BC

Lead and coordinate the Ship Maintenance team responsible for corrective maintenance on naval vessels in Victoria, BC. You will oversee defect tracking, update official records, chair regular stakeholder meetings, and assign tasks to the Waterfront Team. You’ll work with OEMs and internal engineering to plan and execute maintenance within security and regulatory constraints.
