Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen and expand your portfolio and increase market share and revenue.
  • •Ensure appropriate client coverage through disciplined calling and understanding clients’ strategic and financial objectives to identify and execute optimal solutions.
  • •Partner across the firm and oversee/manage deals from inception to close, delivering the whole bank.
  • •Stay current on banking products, financial markets, regulations, and business trends to build knowledge and advise prospects and clients.
  • •Manage risk/return for new and existing clients and self-manage pipeline and sales production using reports and data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).

  • •Advanced knowledge of banking products and services and financial acumen to assess and deliver on client/prospect needs.
  • •Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification or equivalent underwriting experience) is critical for success.
  • •Self-starter with persistence to exceed calling metrics and production goals.
