Job Summary

Coordinate and support Legal Transformation initiatives that improve how Honeywell’s Corporate Legal function operates. Own project planning and governance, including scope, milestones, risk/issue tracking, budgets, and executive-ready reporting. Lead cross-functional workstreams across Legal, HR, Finance, Communications, IT, and more, driving adoption through change management and reusable templates, playbooks, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define project scope, success criteria, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deliverables to drive measurable outcomes and visible progress.
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource models, budget inputs, risk/issue logs, status reports, and executive-ready materials.
•Maintain legal project governance routines, including meeting cadences, escalation paths, and executive review materials.
•Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, Finance, HR, Communications, IT, Procurement, and others to resolve blockers and keep projects on track.
•Drive adoption and continuous improvement by supporting change management, running post-project reviews, and converting lessons learned into reusable templates and playbooks.

Key Requirements
