Head of FP&A

Own the company’s financial planning and forecasting, including annual operating plans, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reforecasting. Build scalable models across revenue, expenses, cash flow, headcount, and KPIs, and partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations, and People leaders for strategic decisions and resource allocation. Lead executive and Board reporting, scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and establish forecasting discipline to improve accuracy and capital efficiency.
