Job Summary

Coordinate daily merchandising and authentication-center operations by managing inventory inquiries, tracking items through SLA using an inventory control tracker, and investigating exceptions. Own receiving workflows by prioritizing CS/CR and merchandising inquiries, managing a Zendesk inbox, updating internal exceptions, and ensuring queues meet SLAs. Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues, follow SOPs, and surface risks and opportunities to operations leaders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

•Track each item using detailed notes and investigation efforts; follow SOPs for tactical execution.

•Oversee receiving workflows by managing CS/CR and merchandising inquiries and assigning them to the proper point of contact.
•Manage and organize the authentication Zendesk inbox, track post corrections and internal exceptions, and ensure queues meet expected SLA.
