Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • •Create project plans and manage budgets, forecasting, and resources to meet milestones and quality standards.
  • •Assign and track daily team tasks and continuously monitor project progress with scheduled measurable reporting.
  • •Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
  • •Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, and conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of experience, including 5+ years managing projects using Agile/Scrum.
  • •Experience managing fixed-bid projects and multiple concurrent projects (onshore/offshore model).
  • •Hands-on project experience with Azure and data engineering tools such as Databricks and PySpark.
  • •Business intelligence skills with SSIS and SQL Server.
  • •Strong knowledge of risk management, change management, budgeting/forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
