Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule, confirm, and coordinate follow-up hearing tests and consultations, including placing outbound calls to current and former patients.
  • •Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes; complete insurance benefit checks and authorization details for each patient.
  • •Process patient orders and manage equipment and supplies, including receiving orders, verifying pick-up, and submitting equipment/facility requests.
  • •Assist with repairs under the supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional and support monthly community outreach event logistics.
