Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the PD PMO, including all aspects of managing the PMO team to support strategic and complex project/program rollouts.
  • •Drive program initiation and scoping, governance and reporting, and program control and delivery across products, services, and businesses in Asia Pacific.
  • •Ensure delivery to agreed plans within quality, timescale, and cost objectives to realize business case benefits.
  • •Implement and monitor PMO business processes and standards to enable scalable, repeatable, and sustainable outcomes.
  • •Manage a team of project/program managers—guiding, coaching, and mentoring them—and collaborate cross-functionally with internal/external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a relevant program/project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 (or equivalent).
  • •Demonstrate program management experience delivering product rollouts and service delivery management within financial services or a regulatory environment.
  • •Plan and deliver projects across the full lifecycle using structured and adaptive methodologies.
  • •Lead end-to-end management of multiple change programs/projects and major changes to core systems or new systems/technology/processes.
  • •Show strong stakeholder management up to executive level, with risk management and program governance experience plus financial/commercial acumen.
