Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety by enforcing Environmental, Health and Safety policies and leading/collaborating on corrective actions for safety incidents.
  • •Provide shift leadership to create a motivating environment and meet goals for safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory control.
  • •Initiate and support operational improvements to improve safety, employee engagement, quality, and productivity while minimizing scrap.
  • •Ensure execution of standard operating procedures, standard work, quality standards, cycle counts, and safety/housekeeping audits; troubleshoot process equipment and/or product performance issues.
  • •Oversee daily team activities including coaching, counseling, corrective actions, performance reviews, and participation/leadership of Lean Sigma continuous improvement and Kaizen events.

  • •High school diploma and at least 3 years of leadership, process improvement, and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Knowledge of manufacturing operations systems, processes, and technology, with ability to achieve operational results through delegation and teamwork.
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
