Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist guests with locating pre-paid parking tickets on smartphones.
  • •Direct arriving guest vehicles to the correct lot and process parking verification with box office/backstage staff.
  • •Process pre-paid parking tickets using a ParkHub device and handle new parking sales via credit card, Apple Pay, or cash.
  • •Enter availability 3 weeks in advance and ensure time worked is accurately captured in the ABIMM system.
  • •Set up and maintain parking access and areas (cones, barriers, delineators), enforce parking policies as needed, and report accidents/safety hazards to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
  • •Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills are required.
  • •Both categories require nights, weekends, and potentially holiday work in all types of weather.
  • •Ability to stand for long hours with almost no sitting.
  • •Become familiar with the venue layout and BNHP policies and help enforce them.
