Prep Cook

Prepare food and support the kitchen team by keeping the kitchen clean and orderly, ensuring ingredients are stocked, parboiling and seasoning foods, and setting up ingredients before each shift. Wash dishes and cutlery, prepare simpler menu items like salads, and help the Chef prepare menus efficiently. Work Monday through Friday 7:00am–3:00pm with flexibility for occasional breakfast or evening events.
