Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with equity plan participants to resolve questions and issues related to vesting, transactions, and enrollment (including using escalation processes).
  • •Maintain and update participant-facing FAQ documents and training materials for equity plan participants.
  • •Assist with day-to-day equity plan administration for ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, and ESPP.
  • •Contribute to the development of equity-related policies and procedures.
  • •Analyze employee and agent feedback and operational metrics to propose process improvement and automation opportunities, and support special projects for the Director of Stock Administration.

Key Requirements

  • •BA or BS degree.
  • •2+ years of experience administering equity compensation plans at a public company.
  • •Prior experience with Shareworks by Morgan Stanley and HRIS systems such as Workday (preferred).
  • •Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification (preferred but not required).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and a general understanding of US federal and state taxation.
