Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including managing advisor prospect pipelines, preparing proposals and paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning new assets, and maintaining an ongoing communication/service plan
  • •Answer incoming calls, manage client needs, and advise Financial Advisors on actions taken
  • •Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) for advisors, using the platform for mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking to implement client service models
  • •Assemble materials and reports for client meetings, and organize and coordinate seminars and client events, including client lists and presentation content
  • •Support transactions for client account servicing, including preparing correspondence and fulfilling client requests and special projects as needed

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7 plus Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
  • •Strong technology aptitude, including comfort adopting AI-enabled solutions
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn Baird’s private wealth management technology platforms
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and understanding of compliance/confidentiality requirements
