Key Responsibilities

  • •Review SOWs and project contracts to plan delivery timelines and allocate people and dollars across project phases.
  • •Coordinate project activities to complete work on time and on budget using established project management procedures and project workbook tools.
  • •Lead project kickoff meetings across Sales, technical engineers, customer resources, technical support management, finance, and third-party resources as needed.
  • •Provide effective customer communication, including change orders and delivery updates, and respond to customer issues professionally.
  • •Monitor project status weekly, resolve project-related issues, prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and travel to job sites as required.

Salary: CAD 85,800 - 109,450

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in the audiovisual (AV), technology integration, or related industry.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and customer communications.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
